With over a decade of hands-on experience in the brewing industry, I’ve gone from cask washer, to head brewer. Along the way, I’ve earned professional brewing qualifications from the Institute of Brewing (IBD) and the Brewing, Food & Beverage Industry Suppliers Association (BFBI) qualification in Cellar services. If it involves hops, barley, or a perfectly poured pint, The Craft Beer Man has the expertise to help.
Beer isn’t just about the craft for me, it’s also about sharing it. That’s why I brew a range of unique, small batch beers that can be found in pubs, clubs and restaurants across the region. From our crisp and refreshing Helles Lager to our heritage hopped Kent Pale Ale and our rich, traditional Best Bitter, each beer is crafted with care, balancing tradition and innovation to create brews locals love to drink. whether it’s a sessionable pint for a summer’s day or a hearty ale to warm you in the colder months I’m proud to see my creations enjoyed in the community.
Having studied history and war studies at King’s College London, I’ve always had a deep love of history, which I’ve been able to weave into my work. In partnership with one of London’s leading tourist attractions, Liquid History, I lead immersive historical beer tours around the city. These tours are journeys through time that explore London’s rich brewing heritage, legendary watering holes, and the stories hidden within its centuries-old walls. Think Tudor taverns, Victorian gin palaces, and back alley boozers, all served with a side of beer.
Beyond tours, I design and deliver bespoke beer experiences for private and corporate groups. Whether it’s a personalized exploration of London’s brewing scene or a deep dive into the beer culture of the surrounding counties, my mission is to create unforgettable experiences for fellow beer lovers.
Since founding The Craft Beer Man in 2014, I’ve worked with breweries and bottling plants across London and the South East. My work spans running mobile bars at festivals and private functions to curating beer lists for corporate events and everything in between. From intimate weddings to sprawling summer fetes and raucous music festivals, I’ve mastered the art of running great bars while pairing great beer with great occasions.
